When a platform closes your leveraged position by force because your margin is almost gone.
With leverage L, a move of about 1 divided by L against you wipes out your margin: about 10% at 10x, about 1% at 100x. Fees and safety margins make it happen a little sooner. On many platforms you should expect to lose the whole margin.
