Paying off debts by putting extra money on the smallest balance first, for quick wins.
You pay the minimum on every debt and send all extra money to the smallest balance. Each cleared debt frees its payment for the next one. It usually costs a little more interest than the avalanche method, but early wins help many people keep going.
